Dubai: One man was killed and another injured when two cars collided on Shaikh Zayed Road at 4.30pm Thursday afternoon.. The accident occurred on a slip-road near a petrol station. One car suddenly veered off to the right, forcing an initial collision with the other car, which hit a barrier, then a road signal coming to rest in a ditch.
The unidentified was killed instantly, according to Major Khalid Kimsham, Dubai Police Traffic Department.
